Understand how EXtrust protects your asset clue delivery, from setup to final delivery

Setup Phase

Create asset clues, set recipients, and configure encryption hints. You can define trigger timing and verification methods to ensure secure and reliable delivery of asset clues.

Waiting Period

The system continuously monitors user activity status. You only need to open the app occasionally for the system to maintain normal status. If you haven't logged in for a while, system reminders will help maintain activity.

Silent Period

When the system detects user inactivity exceeding the preset waiting period, it will raise the user attention level. Any user interaction during this period will restore normal status.

Notification Period

If there's no response during the silent period, multiple channels including SMS, email, and phone calls will be used to contact the user, ensuring delivery mechanism isn't triggered due to technical reasons.

Delivery Activation

After confirming no contact can be made, the system delivers encrypted asset clues to designated recipients. Recipients must verify their identity and answer questions to unlock documents, ensuring only authorized persons can access information.
